Bonefish Grill is partnering with the Friends of Music at Emory as part of its Grand Opening festivities on Saturday, Dec. 8, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a special Charity Night to benefit the Arts at Emory music program. Supporters will enjoy fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails and spectacular ambiance and music— all for a great cause— at the restaurant’s newest Atlanta-area location at 1540 Avenue Place, Suite B-240 in the new Emory Point development.
Guests will be able to sample all of the culinary delights that are found at Bonefish Grill including Bonefish Grill’s famous Ahi Tuna Sashimi, PEI Mussels Josephine and “American Style” Kobe Beef Burgers, and the house specialty Bang Bang Shrimp. Libations will include specialty martinis and cocktails, and samplings from the restaurant’s incredible wine list. The polished-casual seafood restaurant appeals to those who crave high quality cuisine at a good value in a comfortable, lively atmosphere.
“We are grateful for this opportunity to raise money for the Friends of Music and the Music Department at Emory," said Ray DuVarney, president of the Friends of Music at Emory. "Our funds directly impact the lives of music students through scholarships, music lessons, accompaniment for recitals, instrument purchases and repair. We offer many free concerts to the community, so each gift to the Friends of Music enriches not only the lives of our students and faculty but also the community we serve.”
The 4,164 square-foot Atlanta-area restaurant will feature a spacious dining room with an open kitchen and a large, energetic bar area that includes two large community tables. The interior’s sleek design will feature beautiful golden hardwood and hand-blown glass amber lamps throughout the restaurant. An attractive array of three-dimensional art, ranging from large-scale metal sculptures of mangroves and fishing scenes to a large mystical fish rubbing, will enhance the ambience felt throughout the restaurant.
Dinner will be served seven days a week, Monday through Thursday from 3-10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 3-11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 2-10 p.m. Brunch will also be served on Sunday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.While reservations are not required, they are available by calling 404-235-4024. An ample number of seats are available nightly for walk-ups.
