12th & Midtown Inks Three New Corporate Tenants
New tenants to occupy office space at 1075 Peachtree Street with more expected office lease signing announcements expected in the next few months.
12th & Midtown, the more than 3-million-square-foot master-planned mixed-use development in the heart of Midtown, announced Tuesday three new office lease signings at 1075 Peachtree Street.
The recently secured new tenants that will operate in the space include two Fortune 500 companies, PNC Bank N.A., a member of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) and The Prudential Insurance Company of America, as well as financial advisory firm, Conway MacKenzie, Inc.
These newly acquired tenants will join existing corporate tenants such as PWC, Fisher & Phillips, Atlanta Capital Management Co., BCG, Seyfarth Shaw Attorneys and more in the $500 million complex, which opened in 2010.

Space, date and broker details for each new tenant are as follows:
- PNC Bank, N.A.: Currently operating at Centergy Tower at 75 5th St NW, Suite 800, PNC is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by January 1, 2014 and occupy a 39,740 square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker Ian Henderson of Cushman & Wakefield.
- The Prudential Insurance Company of America: Currently operating at 1170 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Prudential is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by May 1, 2013 and will occupy a 6,393square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker John Thornton of CBRE.
- Conway MacKenzie, Inc.: Currently operating at 7000 Central Parkway Northeast in Atlanta, Conway MacKenzie is expected to open at 1075 Peachtree Street by April 1, 2013 and will occupy a 5,470-square-foot space. This deal was represented by broker Ryan Bowie of ICON Commercial Interests.
Additionally, four other new office lease signings are expected to be announced in the next 90 days, which will solidify 12th & Midtown’s total space leased at 80 percent.
1075 Peachtree is an integrated multi-tower mixed-use structure comprised of 725,000 square feet of Class A office space, the 414-room Loews Atlanta Hotel, the renowned Exhale Spa, and 60,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurants.
Spanning approximately four city blocks, the 12th & Midtown mixed-use development features Class A office towers, a luxury hotel, premium residences and flagship retail.
