A Sit-Down Interview with Kwanza Hall
Kwanza Hall discusses the issues affecting District 2
Earlier this week, East Atlanta Patch and Midtown Patch sat down with Kwanza Hall, Atlanta city councilman representing District 2, which includes Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Poncey-Highland, Midtown and Atlantic Station, among other neighborhoods.
In a three-part interview, Hall discusses his legislative priorities for 2011, the Atlanta Public Schools accreditation issue, the Atlanta Police Department's zones redistricting, Atlantic Station's future under its new owners, PARK Atlanta and the possibility of the state cutting tax incentives for filmakers.
