"Unfortunately, we will not be able to continue the illumination through this weekend as originally planned," said Bryan Long, spokesman for The Coca Cola Company.

"It has been a privilege to say 'thank you' with this this special month-long illumination and we apologize the viewing period has been abbreviated by inclement weather."

Long said no one was hurt during the storm last night and there was no damage to the building.

"However, for safety precautions we are in the process of removing the screen," he said Friday afternoon.
