Dual Branded Hotel Opens in Midtown

Combined, the two hotels have 228 units and meeting and conference facilities accommodating up to 200 persons, a 110-seat full service restaurant and lounge, an outdoor elevated pool and spa, as well as an expanded fitness center and valet parking.

Our Midtown Picture of the day celebrates this week's opening of Midtown's newest hotel, the dual branded Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton at 97 10th Street.

The hotel is located at the northeast corner of 10th and Williams streets. The 12-story hotel, which boasts 136 Hilton Garden Inn rooms and suites and 92 Homewood studio and one bedroom suites, is owned and managed by Alpharetta-based North Point Hospitality Group, Inc.

The hotel splits its lobby between the brands offering two separate check-in desks and lodging/dining areas - each catering to the needs of their respective customers. Communal areas include meeting rooms, business center, pool, and fitness center.

Hilton Garden Inn amenities include a state-of-the-art business center, 24/7 business center, and free WiFi in all rooms. Homewood Suites by Hilton provides travelers amenities including complimentary internet, recreational options such as a fitness center, pool, and sports courts.

The dual branded hotel features five meeting rooms offering more than 3,500 square feet of flexible space and an on-site guest laundry facility.
