Glenn-tastic Deal

New Couples' Getaway Package at the Glenn Hotel

Looking to celebrate an anniversary or milestone birthday? Pop the question in a grand way? Or need a pampering escape from the kids? Whatever reason you book an overnight staycation, the Glenn Hotel has an amazing deal for you.

It typically costs $1,500 per night to stay in the tenth-floor Penthouse Suite at the Glenn Hotel, the 110-room boutique hotel on Marietta Street. But for a limited time couples are invited to enjoy a luxurious overnight retreat in that gorgeous, spacious suite for $500. What’s more, the new Glenntastic package ensures you’ll get quite a big bang for those bucks.

Within the privacy of the luxurious one-bedroom suite, the chef will come prepare a special three-course dinner for two. Savor each bite of signature dishes from Glenn’s Kitchen such as sea scallops with warm arugula, roasted plum tomato, pecan and pancetta salad or lamb ribs with Carolina barbecue sauce. Sip wines paired with each course.

Later that evening, relax in the deep soaking tub or huge shower with spray panels and rain shower head (both options can easily accommodate two). Then cuddle up together in personalized robes and gaze into each other’s eyes, out the windows across Centennial Olympic Park or at the 42-inch plasma television. Slip between the sheets on a comfy pillow-top King-sized bed and rest your head on soft pillows dressed up in monogrammed pillowcases. Awake to breakfast delivered to your room. It’s all part of the package—and you keep the customized robes and pillowcases as mementos of your special getaway.

The Glenntastic package includes access to a level of service you might never have experienced before, unless you happen to employ a butler. Want to use that bottle of special bubble bath you noticed on the teak table? You could just dump it in under running water, but why lift a finger? “We’ll send someone in to draw the bath, if that’s what the guests would like,” says Jeff Hassan, the new chief of staff who’s been on the job five months. “And we’ll offer turndown service, too.”

“We are taking the Glenn to a whole new level,” he says. “This is a boutique experience. The staff is more personal with guests—we prefer to go by first names here. We cater to individual needs. If guests are celebrating a special occasion, give us a little advance notice and we’ll help out.”

Of course an overnight stay isn’t the only way to enjoy Glenn Hotel. SkyLounge rooftop bar offers daily drink specials like “5 at 5” which features $5 cocktails that rotate throughout the week. Or enjoy a tasty breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at Glenn’s Kitchen.

“Glenn Hotel is small but mighty,” says Hassan. “It’s a unique, sexy, neat little gem in Atlanta. It’s not a cookie-cutter hotel where all the rooms are the same.”

The Glenntastic package is offered exclusively in the Penthouse, and since the hotel has only one, plan ahead if you have a specific date in mind. This is a real deal—so much so that the folks who own the Glenn might realize they’ve under-priced this package, so I recommend that you book soon.

Glenn Hotel is located at 110 Marietta St NW. For more information call 404-521-2250 or visit www.glennhotel.com.
