Goodbye Exxon, Hello Shell

Convenience store at the corner of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Monroe Drive changes ownership

Our Midtown Patch Pic of the Day comes with a short and sweet explanation: The Exxon at the corner of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Monroe Drive will soon become a Shell Food Mart.

Midtown Patch has received several email requests to gain more info on what is happening at the taped off Exxon service station at 486 Ponce de Leon Ave. Records indicate that Stone Mountain businessman Mehwood N. Sohani, in a change of ownership, is in the process of replacing it with a full-service Shell Food Mart.

Requests for further information have not yet been received, but Patch will post here as soon as they become available.
