The first property listed and picture used as an example is a sad reminder how some people are using the housing crisis to their advantage. The owners of the 13th St property own a larger unit in the building, a multi million dollar weekend home in the mountains and two new high end vechiles. Hardship or a Devestating Life Event is not the result of them dumping this property.
