Man Robbed Walking Home from MARTA

Incident occurred Wednesday night in the Midtown neighborhood.

Atlanta police are looking for two men they say are responsible for a pedestrian robbery Wednesday night.

On Oct. 19 around 10:50 p.m., officers responded to a robbery call in the 300 block of 8th Street, according to police spokesman Officer John Chafee. The victim told police that he was walking home from the Midtown MARTA station when he noticed two males walking behind him.

"The victim did not feel comfortable with the men following him and stopped in a driveway to allow them to pass," Chafee said in an email. "At that time, both suspects approached the victim and one of them pointed a gun at him."
