Mandarin Palace scored a 100 on December 13th, after getting a 22 on December 12th (and being closed by the inspector), and a 60 on December 5th. Their 2 prior scores were a 96 on April 29th, and a 43 on April 21st. Looks like they can only pass after failing once or twice.
