After a few years of a hard market in the commercial real estate space, there's noticeable uptick in activity as several new projects have come online and several more are in the planning stages.
Among them:
- The 23-story planned tower for the Centergy complex.
- The office tower at 12th and West Peachtree streets.
- The 17-story high-rise on Spring Street.
- The luxury high-rise at Peachtree and 7th streets.
