From 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., join friends, neighbors and colleagues in celebrating the waning days of summer with refreshing drink specials and a selection of munchies at one of Midtown's newest places to be seen.
This is also an excellent opportunity to see first hand the subject of the MNA’s most recent Did You Know, which highlights The Fox Theatre Historic Triangle.
On Tuesday, the MNA Land Use Committee will meet to discuss the proposed Georgia Proton Therapy Center. This will be a new medical treatment facility on the block bounded by Peachtree and Juniper streets and Ponce de Leon and North avenues.
The 7 p.m. meeting will take place in the Community Room at Jason's Deli, located at 230 10th St, NE (near the intersection of 10th & Myrtle).
The mission of the Midtown Neighbors’ Association is to assure that our vibrant and diverse neighborhood becomes an increasingly better community in which to enjoy the benefits of the urban experience. We strive to develop solutions that continually improve Midtown’s safety and quality of life, and give our neighbors a voice in development and revitalization decisions. We seek to act as the neighborhood’s link to other communities, government agencies and our elected officials. We seek to be inclusive, proactive, and diligent in our commitment to serve the best interests of Midtown as a neighborhood by bringing together our community.
