A new 23-story apartment building at West Peachtree and 12th Street is set to open in one year.
The SkyHouse will have 320 rental units.

A new 23-story apartment building at West Peachtree and 12th Street is set to open in one year.
The $60 million to finance construction of the SkyHouse project is now in place, according to Atlanta developers Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Company.
Work is set to start immediately. It will have 320 units.

Does anyone know if they revised the plan to have some street front vendors on Spring, as opposed to a dead parking deck side on Spring?
