Join Piedmont Park Conservancy and Trees Atlanta on Saturday to plant 100 trees at the Midtown park.

Saturday's weather looks to be great with temperatures reaching as high as 73 and just a 20 percent chance of rain in the forecast. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to get out and plant a tree!

Join Piedmont Park Conservancy and Trees Atlanta on Saturday, Jan. 12, from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m., to plant the first 100 of 250 donated trees in the new Northwoods Expansion of Piedmont Park.

This event is open to the public and all volunteers 13 years and older are welcome.
