Second Suspect Charged in SCAD Dorm Robbery
Nathan Alexander Proctor was already in police custody Friday when he was charged in connection with last month's Midtown school incident in which two students were and bound and robbed in their dorm room.
Atlanta police have charged a second suspect in connection with last month’s armed robbery in a Savannah College of Art and Design dorm room.
Nathan Alexander Proctor was already in the Fulton County Jail having been arrested on Oct. 11 on drug-related charges including possession of crack cocaine.
According to Atlanta police spokesperson Gregory Lyon, Proctor was charged Friday morning with robbery by force, false imprisonment and battery in connection with the Sept. 17 SCAD incident in which two men allegedly broke into a dorm room of the Midtown school and bound and robbed a pair of male students.
A first suspect, Richard Chaney, 29, was arrested on Oct. 3 and later charged with robbery and false imprisonment in connection with the crime.

Great work APD! Good Lord these two look so hopeless as with all these arrest photos. Kids in their teens, men in their 20's now with no future what so ever except the vicious cycle of prison, parole, poverty then eventually a one way ticket back to prison or the morgue. This has to change.
