The Highlander may be the quintessence of a 'smokey dive', but we take our kitchen and food safety seriously. Thank you for publishing our 'A'. -Jeff

Lucky China off Chamblee Dunwoody is the most overpriced, (Bistro) because they can't put enough food on the plate other than enough for my 98yr old grandmother with false teeth. Many years ago it was great but the changes suck and now we found out they are scrapping the food off plates from other customers onto yours after they drop it on the floor and steep on it. Then they stand by you when your signing the check to make sure they get a tip. (here's a tip, go away and let a real restaurant move in)
Overpriced, crappy food and the worst service ever.
