Some Midtown Restaurant Spaces Make Expert's "Cursed" List
A real estate and restaurant expert recently compiled a list of restaurant spaces that have had a high turnover in one or more areas.
Some Midtown addresses are included in an article about "cursed restaurant spaces" posted on Atlanta Eater.
The list was created by Eli Zandman of Tomorrow's News Today. According to Atlanta Eater, the places named have gone through "at least three changes in ownership, concept, or both."
Included are 980 Piedmont Ave. (Campagnolo), 1001 Piedmont Ave. (empty, formerly Groovy Smoothy), among others.
