Tech Town Kicks Off at Atlantic Station

The Midtown development will host pep rallies and offer shuttle service for Georgia Tech football.

was a sight to see Saturday when the Georgia Tech marching band and cheerleading squad kicked off the Yellow Jackets' 2011 football season.

This year, Atlantic Station will host pep rallies for Tech football and run a game day shuttle from the development to the university. The new partnership is called "Tech Town," and also will offer discounts at Atlantic Station for Tech students. 

Shuttle service will begin Sept. 17. There will be tailgate parties at Atlantic Station during each of the five home games.
