Tech Town Kicks Off at Atlantic Station
The Midtown development will host pep rallies and offer shuttle service for Georgia Tech football.
Atlantic Station was a sight to see Saturday when the Georgia Tech marching band and cheerleading squad kicked off the Yellow Jackets' 2011 football season.
This year, Atlantic Station will host pep rallies for Tech football and run a game day shuttle from the development to the university. The new partnership is called "Tech Town," and also will offer discounts at Atlantic Station for Tech students.
Shuttle service will begin Sept. 17. There will be tailgate parties at Atlantic Station during each of the five home games.
More details are on Atlantic Station's Facebook page.

Stingers really? A classic car with Tech logos? Now, I didn't go to Tech but I do follow them a little since living in Midtown, but I am a college football fan in general. I understand its a blog but a little research or insight into what is on here would be nice. its not the writers fault but i'm assuming this site has somebody to approve postings. First off, its the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the mascots name is Buzz. Second the "classic car embellished with Georgia Tech logos and memorabilia" is the Ramblin' Wreck and is one of the better known traditions of college football across the country.

Thank you. All of the necessary corrections have been made to the article. I hope you enjoyed it if you missed the pep rally.

Also, Tech's an Institute, not a university, but that's being nitpicky.
