According to local news reports, the CVS at 842 Peachtree Street near 6^th street was broken into and ransacked early Friday morning.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that thieves threw a brick through the front glass door and unlawfully entered the store shortly before 5 a.m.

The newspaper indicated that police and store workers said that hair weaves and cigarettes were taken by the perpetrators. Several metro beauty stores have been victim to hair extension thefts in recent months.
