Waste Not, Want Not

You know, I try to respect a person’s rights and privacy, especially when they don’t intrude on my own. However, when one starts to intrude, one is subject to be ‘called out.’

For the past few years, there has been a certain visitor to the local bath house behind my residence and business. Why this man goes into that business is HIS business. Closed doors, etc.

However, when this man works for the City of Atlanta, and drives his massive official vehicle to the gay bath house, yet refuses to use the bath house parking, it becomes my business.

I can describe the man, basically, as a black male, middle aged. Seems an OK guy, and again, what he does on his own time is his business.

However, I am pretty sure that the Dept. of Public Works does not allow their staff to drive bucket trucks on personal time. I can only assume he is ‘on the clock.’

So Mr. Party Guy, who I speculate is right up there ‘in the shop’ with all the other drivers, goofing on the gays and acting all Alpha: stop parking in Arby’s and QUIT TAKING UP TWO SPACES. You do it all the time. We use those spaces. There is plenty of space and free parking at the bath house. Use it.

And again I could care less what you do, just quit dishing out all that McLuvvin gravy on city time. It’s just…wrong!

The manager of the bathhouse knows of this post, and urges me to let him know the next time the individual patronizes his establishment.

Sorry buddy, hate to out you like this, but in the end, its’ best you come on out and be the human you are, and quit jerking around on scheduled time, using a city vehicle.
