Atlanta police have announced the arrest of a man in the brazen daylight killing of a man in a vehicle at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Moreland Avenue in October. Shaheed K. Huff, 30, was arrested without incident Tuesday in Lithonia and transported to the DeKalb County jail. Huff has been charged with Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Weapon in the killing of Graham Sisk, 23, of Atlanta.
