PEDS is a nonprofit, member-based advocacy organization dedicated to making metro Atlanta safe and accessible for all pedestrians. PEDS works to improve engineering of the pedestrian environment, increase enforcement of pedestrian safety and educate drivers about their responsibilities to pedestrians. If you support pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, healthy communities, fewer cars and safer walking, then come to a PEDS meeting.
Call Lyubov Zuyeva, Atlanta Regional Commission's Bicycle and Pedestrian Planner, at 404-463-3306 to confirm meetings.
