Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that it will host the Atlanta ESI Roundtable’s inaugural series of CLE events in the firm’s recently expanded Atlantic Station office. The Atlanta ESI Roundtable is a joint venture of distinguished local judges and lawyers who volunteer their time and resources to lead the Atlanta legal and business communities through education on the relevant issues and trends in electronically stored information (ESI) and electronic discovery. The 2013 ESI Roundtable will cover a range of ESI and e-discovery issues, including governance, compliance, social media case law and ethics, email and text message ESI, proportionality analysis in e-discovery, e-discovery depositions, ESI criminal law, conflict resolution and
e-mediation. The events are aimed at legal professionals, business leaders, compliance officers, and an elite group of e-discovery service providers.

The event is hosted by Burr & Forman’s Commercial
Litigation practice, which includes over 54 commercial litigators across the firm’s nine offices.
