Chef Chad Clevenger brings his refreshing, new approach to contemporary Mexican food to this Simple Abundance class. Learn techniques for making ceviche and tamales as Chef Clevenger demonstrates his Corvina Sea Bass Ceviche with avocado mousee and pico de gallo and Braised Pork Shoulder Tamale with bacon masa, green chile sauce, pico de gallo and crema. In addition, he’ll show participants how to make the ever popular Tortilla Soup with avocado, queso fresco and tortilla strips. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
