Interested in writing a book? Attend the Self-Publishing Workshop Tonight

Interested in writing a book? Have a closet dream of being a writer, but can’t handle the rejection? Now you don’t have to!

Join us for a workshop on self-publishing. This workshop is being sponsored by the Morehouse College Community Revitalization Initiative (MCCRI), and will take place Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Walter Massey Leadership building, Room 350 at Morehouse College.

Learn the Ins and Outs of Self-Publishing. There are currently a lot of tools out there to help you publish your own book, but none of them inform you about the ins and outs of self-publishing or how to be successful at it. Attend this workshop and get all the information you need to publish and market your book. Learn about editing rates. How to go about formatting your book. What’s better? Do-it-Yourself (DIY) or paying someone out of pocket? How to market your books using social media tools, blog tours, and media outreach.
