Be the Boss in Your Kitchen!
In 1971, Ursula Knaeusel had a mere five students attend her opening class at Ursula’s Cooking School in Midtown Atlanta. Today, her school is the largest independent cooking school in the nation, and she has since taught over 500 students every quarter. She is at it again this September. And if you are tired of burning water, setting the fire alarm off thanks to your cooking, or you are just looking for a great activity with loved ones or friends, have no fear! Ursula’s Cooking School in Midtown Atlanta is here to teach you how to be the boss in your kitchen.
For just $110.00, you get 4 demonstration style cooking classes over eight weeks where you learn 8 to 10 recipes each session. Cost includes free soda, coffee and snacks and a sampling of all the food prepared at the end of each class. Classes are every other week and last 3 hours.
Fall cooking classes start on Tuesday, September 17th or Wednesday, September 18th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Or morning classes start on Tuesday, September 24th or Wednesday, September 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

This season students will learn how to make the following:
1. A finger food buffet replete with 8 to 10 recipes perfect for tailgate and cocktail parties, book clubs, and more.

2. Learn how to make an entire Thanksgiving dinner in just three hours including the turkey, stuffing, rolls, a minimum of two vegetables, a salad, a starch, a dessert, a wine pairing and more.
3. The best leftovers you’ve ever had in your life class.
4. A surprise class where anything goes.
Before and after class, students can peruse Ursula’s kitchen and feast their eyes upon an assortment of kitchen utensils for sale including Wusthof knives, assorted cookbooks and assorted herbs, spices and seasonings.
