LUCKY LOON MOUNTAIN NEEDS DONATIONS!

Lucky Loon Mountain was rescued by Furkids and Small Dog Rescue from Fulton County Animal Control.  He is living up to his name because older dogs, especially ones with medical issues, don't often make it out of the animal control shelter.

Lucky needs one of his rear legs amputated.  We were told that the leg was fractured a year ago and was never corrected by a veterinarian, so the bone at the point of fracture disintegrated.  Lucky also needs surgery on his other rear leg to alleviate pain when he walks from a severe "trick knee."  Lucky's a handsome little dude and just as friendly as can be considering what he must feel like.

At Furkids and Small Dog Rescue, we ALWAYS get our animals the surgeries they need, but it is at a great cost to our program!  Lucky's surgical bills, post-operative care, boarding and medications will total more than $1,000 WITH our rescue discount!
