Mentor Students! Volunteer with JA Fellows
What is JA Fellows?
JA Fellows is an 18 week afterschool program where students work in teams to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage a small business. The program culminates in an annual competition where teams showcase their business success and compete for awards, scholarships, internships and the title of “Company of the Year.”

What does it mean to be a JA Fellows volunteer?
Volunteers facilitate an 18 week curriculum that supports students in the development of their business. Volunteers received training and a program guide outlining tasks and objectives for each meeting. Volunteers receive weekly Junior Achievement staff support for the duration of the program. Successful volunteers interweave their personal business experiences into the lessons and provide students with the guidance to “think outside the box.”
