Midtown shoplifter caught on tape. Reward offered.

This man can be seen on store surveillance stealing more than $300 in merchandise the last two Sundays.  He distracts employees at check-out by saying he needs a gift wrapped, but then leaves saying he forgot his wallet.  He leaves with the merchandise in an empty bag he brought in the store with him.  October 6th he wore a Georgia Tech t-shirt, a white or light colored watch, flip flops, and white in-ear headphones.   If you know who this is call 678-705-9880.  Thank you.
