Chattahoochee Riverkeeper Spring River Revival Returns
After a year off, the popular spring River Revival concert is back as it will take place next month at the westside's Terminal West.
Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (CRK) is partnering with the westside's Terminal West to relaunch its popular spring River Revival concert, which takes place May 8.
This 20th Anniversary River Revival will be the perfect chance to celebrate our work over the past two decades, while mingling with the community during an evening of entertainment in honor of the Chattahoochee River – a liquid lifeline for millions of Georgians.
Last year, River Revival went on hiatus, but this year, CRK is remaking the event and hundreds of partygoers are expected to turn out for the reboot.
Because this year’s River Revival takes place just days after the New Orleans Jazz Fest, CRK is bringing a bit of jazz, funk, bluegrass and soul to the event. Our special musical guests will not disappoint. They include: The New Mastersounds, a jazz fusion band from Leeds, England; Jeff Austin and the Here & Now (of Yonder Mountain String Band); and Turkuaz.
Tickets are just $25 – down from $45 in the past, and they can be purchased via Terminal West, where the event will be staged for the first time this year. Doors open at 7 p.m.; music begins at 8 p.m.; and the party will continue until midnight. In addition to the live music, guests also will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle for several cool prizes.

Afterward, Ormsby’s will host an after-party for River Revival guests. Proceeds from ticket and raffle sales go to support CRK’s mission and programs.
During the evening, CRK also will honor two River Rock Stars for lending their voice to support environmental issues near and far. This year’s recipients are Atlanta’s GreenHouse Foundation, started by Grammy Award-winning artist CeeLo Green and his sister, Shedonna Alexander; and IS Foundation, started by Ian Somerhalder of Vampire Diaries.
