Leadership Atlanta Announces Class of 2015

The class shares a common desire to move Atlanta forward by delving deeply into the city's issues.

Patch Staff Report

Seventy-seven community leaders have been selected to participate in Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2015 program. The Class of 2015, representing such diverse industries as education, law, nonprofit, technology, media, healthcare and government, share a common desire to move Atlanta forward by delving deeply into the city’s issues.

During the nine-month program the Class will learn more about the region by participating in retreats, full-day seminars, service projects, discussion groups and community tours, and other impactful immersion activities. In addition to exploring critical regional issues, Class members will examine themselves as leaders and build relationships of trust and mutual understanding with each other.

Kevin Green, president of the Midtown Alliance, will be the Program Chair for the Class of 2015. He said, “so much has changed in the metro region since I graduated from Leadership Atlanta in 2006. There are many opportunities to create a long-term positve impact, and I look forward to working with this impressive group to make that happen.”
