The 1992 Masters champ shares the 36-hole lead at Augusta National, and you can bask in the sun this weekend and watch all the golfing action on a big screen TV next to in Piedmont Park.

If you miss, you can buy a $5 mulligan ball, or three of $10 with proceeds going to the Piedmont Park Conservancy. The putting green will open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Will You be Under the Tent at Landmark Lunch?

Landmark Lunch is less than a month away as a great turnout is expected on Friday, May 4 in the Promenade at Piedmont Park. Guests will enjoy locally-sourced cuisine under a grand tent overlooking the spectacular Legacy Fountain.

Atlanta Falcons fullback and environmental advocate Ovie Mughelli and award winning speaker Ira Blumenthal will provide a lively discussion addressing cross-generational sustainability of green space in today's world.

Countdown to Green Market in Piedmont Park

Piedmont Park's exciting Green Market returns to Atlanta's largest green space on May 5. Every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., park guests can experience an open-air, local farmer's market featuring baked goods, coffee, artisan cheeses, fresh cut flowers, chef demos and fun for all ages.

Green market encourages sustainable communities in the most basic way - by providing shoppers with direct access to local farmers and merchants.

Stay Fit this Summer in Piedmont Park

EnviroVentures Summer Camp is sold out for another great year and Piedmont Park's Camp Fit is filling up fast. New for the 2012 season, your 11 to 15 year-old can have fun and stay healthy in Piedmont Park.

Your tweens will spend their days enjoying great sports activities and learning about healthy living. Camp Fit shares the same hours as EnviroVentures Summer camp as well as the same pickup and drop off locations, making it a great option for camp families with older children.

Genki Gives Day for Piedmont Park

Genki Noodles & Sushi is making sure that Piedmont Park stays clean and safe while providing you with a great experience in your neighborhood. On April 16, during their lunch and dinner hours, 10 percent of your check will be donated back to Piedmont Park Conservancy.

Stop into one of their three locations for lunch or dinner, tell your server you are there to support Piedmont Park Conservancy with Genki Gives, and they make the donation. No secret words, codes or phone apps. It's that simple. Funds raised from Genki Gives will benefit the security and maintenance of an expanded Piedmont Park. Don't foget to mention Piedmont Park to your server!

Wagging Tails and Ales Returns

A special Piedmont Dog Park Spring Fling celebration returns for pooches and their owners. On Friday, April 27 from 5 – 8 p.m., guests can treat their four-legged friends to special doggie treats while they enjoy a cool drink in the nearly 3-acre off-leash dog run.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate. Admission includes two drink tickets, a raffle entry, and a Wag Bag filled with treats for your canine companion. Ticket prices are per person and all proceeds benefit the Piedmont Dog Park. This promises to be a barking good time for pedigree pups and mutts alike.
