Volunteer for BeltLine's Eastside Trail Etiquette Campaign

The success of the Eastside Trail alone has caused the project's popularity to explode, with visitors numbering near 10,000 on peak days.

Atlanta BeltLine and Atlanta Bicycle Coalition volunteers are bringing an etiquette campaign out to the Eastside Trail on weekends in March and April to remind everyone how to keep the Atlanta BeltLine fun and enjoyable for all users. We call it #BeltLineCharm. You’ll see friendly faces smiling over signs with simple reminders about courtesy on the trails. Come out and say hello!

The Atlanta BeltLine is no longer Atlanta’s best-kept secret. The success of the Eastside Trail alone has caused the project’s popularity to explode, with visitors numbering near 10,000 on peak days (you remember the Lantern Parade, right?). As new parts of the project are completed, more people will head to the Atlanta BeltLine to enjoy all it has to offer, and we want everyone to be neighborly.

Slow down, sugar!

Some of the reminders address speed, staying to the right on the trail, and pet etiquette. To see the most common rules of courtesy on the Atlanta BeltLine right now, take a look at our blog post. Atlanta Magazine also laid out some rules for engagement on the Atlanta BeltLine.
