Casting Call in Midtown for MTV's 'The Real World'

This weekend in Midtown, you can audition for a spot on MTV's The Real World, one of the longest-running reality shows in television history. It's the "true story of eight strangers picked to live in a house, work together and have their lives taped."
MTV has scheduled a casting call for its 26th season of The Real World on Saturday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Auditions will be held at in Amsterdam Walk.

You must be between the ages of 18 and 24 to try out for the show. Bring your photo ID and a recent photo.
According to the Michael Martin Agency, a San Diego, Calif.-based company that MTV contracts, casting directors are looking for people involved with the goth, emo or punk subculture, overweight people, those affected by a natural disaster, and elite athletes, among other characteristics.
