Cool tunes and cozy fires at Rooftop Live

Reopened last spring, Midtown's Rooftop 866 is a stylish Monday night destination spot during Atlanta's changing seasons

Monday night marks the second-to-last performance of this season's Rooftop Live music series on Rooftop 866.

The stylish, fully heated rooftop lounge adjacent to Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel comes with new cabanas, cozy fire pits and an enclosed bar. Reopened last spring, this Monday night destination spot is equipped to handle Atlanta's changing seasons.

Every Monday, neighbors, hotel guests and everyone in between can enjoy $4 draft beers or sip on signature handcrafted cocktails while enjoying the acoustic sounds of local artists – with no admission charge. Upcoming performers include Jimi Cravity and Gin House.

  • Nov. 5 - Jimi Cravity is an Atlanta native, songwriter by day and rocker by night. His influences include Eric Clapton, Ray Charles and U2.
  • Nov. 12 - Gin House is a band built on the basics of the heart and soul of American music. They play honest, raw and elemental music from ballads to foot stomping songs anyone and everyone can feel.

Don’t forget, Monday nights are also Neighbor Nights at Rooftop 866. All Midtown neighbors receive 20 percent off their tab – an ideal excuse to enjoy drinks with your friends while relishing the live music at this enticing upscale Midtown bar.

For those looking for a bite to eat, the rooftop restaurant offers a tapas-style menu featuring food from award winning chef, Janine Falvo. From shrimp tacos to the warm double chocolate brownie, there is something on the menu for everyone to enjoy. The full Rooftop 866 menu is available and can be enjoyed in one of the private cabanas or while overlooking Midtown Atlanta.
