Toddler Thursdays at the High

Bring your toddler every Thursday for a new way of looking at the High's collections and exhibits through letters, numbers, colors and shapes. 

June 28: Horse
Celebrate July 4th with a parade complete with horses, flags and a drum that you make yourself!

July 5: Butterfly
Find a pair of beautiful butterflies in the decorative arts collection and then create your own butterfly that won’t fly away.

July 12: Dog
Search the galleries to find man’s best friend, and make a hunting cap to wear on your adventure!

July 19: Fish
How many fish can you catch in the galleries?  Then create a shiny fish to take home.

July 26: Peacock
Can you find a bird with beautiful feathers parading through the galleries? Then craft a paper peacock of your vey own!

August 2: Fox
Toddlers will be going on a fox hunt today inspired by an early American inn sign. Create your own sign to hang outside your room.

August 9: Bird
Try to find a beautiful bird perched on top of a crown. Afterward, you can make your own bird crown in the workshops.

August 16: Snake
Head to the galleries to find some large, colorful snakes, and then create a silly snake to take home!

August 23: Horse
Toddlers will be horsin’ around at the Museum and then painting some beautiful landscapes complete with a horse.

August 30: Lion
Can yo find the lion that's loose in the galleries?  Find him and then create a fearsome lion collage.

No registration required. Free with museum admission. Free for members. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
