WRFG's Good Morning Blues BBQ

This year's show honors Chicago Joe Jones for the knowledge and inspiration he shares with Atlanta's aspiring musicians. In addition to Chicago Joe, the show will feature Claudette King, youngest daughter of BB King and a wonderful singer in her own right; Stoney Brooks, longtime Atlanta harmonica great with the highenergy blues of Leonard Blush; Little G Weevil Band, straight- ahead blues that you can dance to; Dante Harmon, master of sacred steel; and the Mar-tans, New Orleans style rhythm & blues.

The Labor Day Blues BBQ is a fund-raiser for the community radio, WRFG 89.3 FM. Funding for this program is provided by the Fulton County Board of Commissions, under the guidance of the Fulton County Arts Council.
