Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward will soon offer its residents and nearby Midtown Patch residents the first eco-friendly CrossFit gym, to be named CrossFit O4W.

In an event sponsored by the Atlanta Hawks, Whole Foods & several other healthy living vendors, the grand opening and fitness expo celebration will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 located at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd. #W4 Atlanta, GA 30306 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The fun is open for the entire family!

"We’re excited to be opening up in the neighborhood,” said Justin Redd, owner of CrossFit O4W. “It’s a growing community that has so much history. CrossFit O4W is for anyone looking to achieve fitness goals and we have programs that will meet your individual needs, including CF Group Classes, Personal Training, Advanced Athletic Training, Boxing/Women’s Self Defense and Yoga.” Redd concluded: “Our team has extensive training experience and we forward to helping our neighbors, and their neighbors, achieve their individual fitness goals."

CrossFit O4W will offer two complimentary one-hour fitness classes with the first starting at 9 a.m. and the second directly following at 10 a.m. During the many festivities, the Atlanta Hawks will give away free game tickets to attendees while Smoothie King and other vendors provide complementary product samples.

The state of the art facility, located at the Telephone Factory lofts, right next to Two Urban Licks, is in a prime location on the Atlanta Beltline with easy access to and from Freedom Parkway. Easily accessed before or after work, the paperless facility, electronically powered by Apple products, is the only CrossFit in Atlanta that offers Women’s Self Defense classes.
