A total of 324 never-before-occupied high-rise homes at The Atlantic are available for immediate lease.

, an Art Deco inspired architectural building that soars 47 stories in Midtown, was acquired earlier this year by Midtown Residences, LLC, a single-purpose entity that is part of a group of companies permitted to use the Crescent Heights trade name.

It is the tallest residential high-rise in the area, and until now, the residences were only available for purchase. But Midtown Residences, LLC, is now offering 324 never-before-occupied high-rise homes for immediate lease.

The Atlantic, nestled in the heart of the Atlantic Station development, is located at 270 17th Street. It is the third acquisition of class A multifamily Atlanta real estate properties to join the Crescent Heights group of companies, following on the heels of Park Towers II and Lenox Hills.
