The business will provide "an upscale environment for people who enjoy smoking," said Golden, an Atlanta native who now lives in Buckhead. The 64-year-old, who has worked in the legal, real estate and retail industries, said he has been smoking cigars since 1972.

"This is just another adventure for me to undertake," Golden said of his concept. "There's really no other place like this."

The cigar lounge will offer "an eclectic group of people ... a very modern, contemporary environment" to enjoy cigars, drink cocktails and relax with friends, he said.

The lounge will sell a variety of cigars and smoking accessories. Golden said the lounge will serve beer, wine, liquor and some tapas to nibble on.

"We will offer a comfortable, welcoming place to relax, unwind, while engaging in dialogue with others who share the same passion for cigars and ambience," says the company's Facebook page
