Could Tishman Speyer Lose Colony Square, Midtown Plaza?

Real estate company faces $181 million loan default.

Commerical real estate giant Tishman Speyer could lose two prominent Midtown properties if it defaults on two loans totaling $181 million.

Tishman is at risk for defaulting on $116 million in loans on Colony Square and $65 million in loans on Midtown Plaza, according to The Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The company currently is searching for options, the business publication reports.
