Foodie Deals: Try Summer Nights Buffet at Eleven Restaurant @ The Loews

The Eleven Restaurant, nicely tucked in the corner of the Loews lobby in Midtown, continues to host a special Wednesday night dinner during the summer months called Summer Nights.

Midtown Patch attended the latest Summer Nights extravaganza on Wednesday, July 17th for their bountiful seafood spread.  Executive Chef Olivier Gaupin created the special menu inspired by the 'Coast of Maine'.  The huge spread included salad, soup, lobster, baked clams, steamed mussels, garlic potato & green beans, and a blueberry cobbler. (the lobsters were flown in from Boston, clams were from New Haven, CT, and the mussels were from Cape Cod)

As Chef Gaupin told us, the seafood is completely fresh and flown in on a daily basis.  Even the blueberries for the cobbler were sourced locally from Farmer Dan.

Every Wednesday, in July and August, residents and hotel guests are invited to Eleven from 6:30 -8:00 p.m. to enjoy the themed buffet of the week and even some live music for only $22.

Especially stay tuned in August as they are planning to have a variety of BBQ buffets highlighting different BBQ styles from around the world.

As you can see from the photos, the food looks amazing and I can tell you first hand that it tasted just as good.  Check them out on a Wednesday this Summer!
