Happy Birthday Cypress Street Pint & Plate!

Beer geeks and burger lovers prepare, because one of Midtown's favorite neighborhood hangouts, Cypress Street Pint & Plate, is serving up double the fun during a special birthday celebration on Tuesday night.

Beginning at 8 p.m., join the Cypress team for not one, but two anniversary celebrations, as they ring in their 5th year alongside Beer Geek Tuesday’s 3rd anniversary.

Of course, there will be no shortage of brews during this shindig at the laid back eatery located at 817 West Peachtree Street near the corner of 6th and Cypress streets.

Beer geeks are invited to take advantage of a Boulevard Brewery Tap Takeover, featuring specialty brews including Boulevard’s Unfiltered Wheat, Nommo Dubbel, Harvest Dance, and Rye on Rye.

No Beer Geek celebration would truly be complete without a little help from resident “BrewRu,” Rob Merrick, who has secured a special cask of SweetWater Exodus Porter, along with a special keg from the Cypress Cellar for the event. Additionally, $2 Cypress House Beer and $5 well drinks will be available and an OMG PhotoBooth will be on hand to capture snapshots of the fun. All are invited and there will be no cover to attend. Cypress Street Pint & Plate is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 2:20 a.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2:30 a.m.; and Sunday from 10 a.m. until midnight.
