High-Rise Residental Developer Considering Midtown Corner for Next Project
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Novare Group wants to develop a high-profile corner of Midtown.
Novare Group, a high-rise residential developer in Atlanta, may build a tower on a corner in Midtown by the end of this year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported today.
Sources told the Chronicle the developer wants to buy a 1.5-acre site at West Peachtree and 14th streets near One Atlantic Center and Atlantic Center Plaza. Einstein Bros. Bagels and Zipcar currently call the corner home.
The company declined to comment on the project, the Chronicle reported.
