In its recently released "Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards," the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized the Hyatt Atlanta Midtown as tops in the 'Rehab / Renovation' category.

Wrote ABC, "Noble Investment Group's renovation of the former Hotel Midtown into the Hyatt Atlanta Midtown led to conceiving and designing a hotel tailored to the business/commercial, leisure, government and educational lodging demands that make up the Midtown lodging market."

Last July, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Noble Investment Group opened Hyatt Atlanta Midtown, a 194-room hotel is prominently located near the corner of Peachtree Street and 10th Street.

Hyatt Atlanta Midtown is adjacent to Class A office tower 999 Peachtree and directly across the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank.

Noble's development of the new Hyatt Atlanta Midtown included the replacement and reconfiguration of the entire building envelope and systems, reprogramming of all public areas and all-new luxurious interiors throughout the property. According to a press release, the overall plan has energized the corner of 10th Street and Peachtree Street via a new staircase and a mini pedestrian plaza at the hotels entrance.

In addition, Noble has partnered with the Savannah College of Arts and Design to design and create a major work of public art which will soon be unveiled at the corner of 10th Street and Juniper Street.

"This urban property is another strong example of Noble's strategy to invest in prominently located assets that require substantial redevelopment and premium branding. The culmination of our efforts is the delivery of a high-quality, business class hotel such as Hyatt Atlanta Midtown, which is ideally tailored for its surrounding market environment," Rodney Williams, Noble's managing principal and chief investment officer, said in a press release. "We believe the business and arts leadership of Midtown Atlanta has made it one of the best live, work, learn, shop and play communities in the United States."

Hyatt Atlanta Midtown boasts 194 large and well-appointed modern and elegant guestrooms and suites featuring a full range of modern amenities and services, along with high-speed internet access and ergonomic work areas that meet guests' business needs. Additionally, the hotel features more than 5,400 square feet of flexible meeting and event space offering the perfect spaces for business meetings, weddings and social events.

The culinary experience at Hyatt Atlanta Midtown is as unique as it is authentic. Fork and Juniper is the hotel's signature restaurant serving seasonal menus that feature home style dishes with a modern take on traditional Southern cuisine. Juniper Bar provides a casual and cozy setting, offering a variety of premium spirits artfully mixed and small plates to pair.

The fitness and aquatic center at Hyatt Atlanta Midtown features an indoor heated pool with lap lanes and chaise lounges where guests can unwind. As a corporate pilot I have flown all over the northern hemisphere and Caribbean. Large sums of money were spent on hotels for our crews and passenger. Until recently I did not know about this travel site that will save up to 80% on hotel rooms all over the world. I feel that this is something everyone would like to know about. If you plan on traveling this site is worth looking at. http://roadvoyager.com
