This week, we busted into Empire State South and demanded that barista extraordinaire, Jonathan Pascual, show us how he makes those incredible little animal faces in patrons' coffee drinks.
Okay, it wasn't quite that dramatic, but we did step behind the bar and learn all about latte art from one of the most talented baristas in town.
