Just In: Hector Santiago is the New Executive Chef at Abattoir

Hector Santiago is now the Executive Chef at Abattoir, located in West Midtown.

Midtown residents may remember Hector Santiago from his time on Bravo TV's hit show Top Chef, or more likely from his now shuttered N. Highland restaurants Pura Vida and Super Pan.

According to the Atlanta Eater, it is now confirmed that the Latin chef will be the Executive Chef at Abattoir, located in West Midtown.

Chef Santiago has always been known for his meat dishes, so it is not a stretch to see him take over the kitchen at Abattoir which is one of owner Anne Quatrano's most meat-serving establishments.  Anne also heads Bacchanalia, West Provisions, and will have a new concept in the Ponce City Market development.
