Piola pizzeria in Midtown has one of the best ladies nights going, so get off the couch and check it out!
Feeling neglected lately ladies? Low on cash but still want to do something fabulous? Then look no further than your neighborhood Midtown pizzeria, .
Piola, located on 12th Street next to , has been open for about a year and a half, and has been treating the women of Atlanta to Ladies Night every Wednesday night for almost a year.
Ladies Night at Piola is just the fabulous pick up you’ve been looking for. Starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, ladies get to drink free wine and sangria ALL NIGHT, with the purchase of an entrée. That’s right. All you can drink wine and sangria. All night. For you and all your hot lady friends. There’s something to drink to!

“Our specialty is pizza,” general manager Gabriele Besozzi said. “About 80 percent of our orders are pizza, but we also have really good pasta. Most of the ladies order pizza or salad. Those are definitely our most popular on ladies night.”
And lucky for you, their kitchen is open until midnight every night, so even the night owls have a chance to score some food and wine or sangria.

“Our sangria is delicious,” Besozzi said. “We make it with fresh fruit, sugar and wine. No liquor involved, because it is all you can drink, we don’t want everyone getting too drunk. It’s a pretty simple recipe, and it tastes great.”
One year ago, Social Diva Network kicked off the first ladies night at Piola and it’s been booming ever since. Besozzi said it usually gets busy around 7 p.m. and stays packed until about 11:30 p.m.
And men don’t feel left out, Piola has a number of weekday specials they run as well.
They have a daily happy hour from 5 to 8 p.m. at the bar featuring free tapas. That’s right, grab a drink at the bar and dinner is basically on the house.
“It’s happy hour the way we do it in Itlay,” he said. “Most of the bars in Italy offer snacks while you are drinking, so we like to offer free tapas during happy hour. All the tapas, as well as a few things that aren’t on the menu. People really like it—you drink one or two beers and get end up getting dinner for free.”
Additionally they have Lucky Gnocchi night once a month. Gnocchi is an Italian pasta, and on the 29th of every month they offer all you can eat gnocchi for $14 featuring nine or ten different homemade sauces.
So grab your girlfriends and head down to Piola! A fabulous night is basically guaranteed.
