Lucky Buddha near GA Tech Campus Going to Court Over Failing Health Inspections

WSB-TV has reported that the owners of the Tech Diner, known as Lucky Buddha, along 10th Street has refused to shut down after failing health inspections, and says that Fulton County is giving them, "training to fix problems they have had that resulted in repeat violations."

Lucky Buddha failed its latest health inspection on September 18th.

Fulton County is bringing the restaurant to court for being cited with multiple failing scores and not shutting down.

James Yu, the manager told WSB that the restaurant decided not to voluntarily close as the county suggested after failing the inspections because they believe they can fix the problem in a "more efficient way."
