Here is a late September update of the Walton Westside Apartments project that is sprouting up directly behind Westside Provisions and across from the Goat Farm Arts Center. The video was taken and supplied to Midtown Patch by Martin Bugajski and Immovable Media.
The Walton Westside Apartments project, is slated to bring 250 apartments to the area by spring 2014.
The location seems like it will be nearly ideal for the incoming residents, because you have so many retail and food options nearby. On the other hand, the traffic right at the Huff Road and Howell Mill intersection is already terrible and could take residents 5-10 minutes just to get out of their apartments.
